Our Story
In late 2023, a group of friends came together with a shared vision: to do more. After building our individual careers, we felt the need to create something meaningful—something that could make a real difference.
As we embarked on this journey into business ownership, we couldn’t ignore the struggles some of our friends were facing. The job market was increasingly volatile, leaving talented individuals waiting weeks—or even months—just to hear back from potential employers. Some never got a response at all. It wasn’t fair, and it wasn’t right.
We saw a clear gap that needed to be filled. There are so many young, capable, and motivated people out there who deserve a chance to launch or restart their careers. That’s how The JobKnob was born.
